The president needs to bring political stability in the country in collaboration with PM Ranil. I am sure he will not repeat history of his predecessor, Maitripala Saresina who put the government and parliament in abeyance giving rise to chaos and turmoil in the country. Being a Pakistani, I have great sympathy and compassion for my Syrilankan brethern and wish them an ideal future based on sustainable development and durable peace.

This election sends a message to TNA, to Tamils, and to the world that Sri Lankan's politics is determined by the Sinhalese and there is no option for Tamils to influence the Sri Lankan politics because Gotha won the election only by Sinhalese votes. Tamils have only two options. Either accept the Sinhalese's decision or go for a separate path. After this election, no country has right to advice that Tamils can find a solutions within the Sri Lanka
