Kalutara Pradeshiya Sabha Opposition Leader (UNP) S. A. D. Nilantha and another person were arrested for allegedly forcibly entering into a playground in Kalutara violating quarantine laws, police said.
The two were arrested following a complaint made by the Manager of Vernon Fernando Sports Complex in Kalutara on June 23.
