THE SRILANKA GOVT, HAS SPENT 3 YEARS ON THIS PROBLEM, CAMEOUT WITH PROPOSAL WHICH NOW THEY THEMSELVES ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT.
iF THEY CANNOT FULFILL A SIMPLE OBLIGATION, IN 64 YEARS THEY WILL AND DONOT WANT TO DO IT.
