3 LTTE leaders killed in Nedunkerni

Three LTTE leaders were killed during a clash at Vedivachchikallu in Nedunkerni, Welioya last night, military sources said.

The firing occurred when a group of soldiers encircled a house in Nadunkeni on a tip off that Ponniah Selvanayagam Kajeeban alias Gobi and another two LTTE leaders whom the army was looking for was staying there.(Romesh Madushanka)
