Twenty seven persons were hospitalized at the Madampe hospital due to food poisoning after reportedly attending a wedding and consuming food, officials at the Madampe Hospital told Daily Mirror online
The persons had reported stomach aches and vomiting before they were admitted to the hospital. It was further reported that a catering service in the area had supplied the meals for the wedding. (Gandhya Senanayake)
