LETS MAKE THINGS CLEAR.
We sit and talk about borders. Fishermen for centuries have been trading up and down from both the countries. We go to Indian cities and they come to Sri Lanka to places like Madu church.
Its true both the countries soverinity should be preserved. However these fisherman really don't understand these borders and maritime signals. Why don't these people educate them first then take action.
