The electricity supply to Colombo 11, 12 and 13 has been disrupted due to a technical fault, the CEB Emergency Unit said.

It said work to restore power was under way.

In Nawala we go through unannounced power cuts atleast 5 times a day lasting sometimes more than an hour.
