President Mahinda Rajapaksa, addressing an event in Colombo a short while ago, said that the doors are open for anyone to join the government as it needs only 5 more members to achieve a 2/3 majority in parliament.

The government is seeking a Parliamentary majority in order to make constitutional changes, (SAJ)
