Divisional Secretariats under water

Several Divisional Secretariat offices in the Eastern province are under water due to the heavy rainfall, the Disaster Management Center said. 

Heavy rain is expected through out the island today while Batticaloa recorded the highest rainfall fro the past 24 hour period, the Meteorological Department told Daily Mirror.(YP)

    They will be given help(CASH to rebuild their Houses). Will our Govt do the same. You know whether money will end up.So please pray for the poor people instead of passing remarks . Will you go and help them for a week.

    Will the Govt Send the Army to flood affected areas instead of sending them to sell VEG. May be after this project is over.
