The Attorney General today indicted the mother of Danuna Tilakaranthne over money laundering charges. She has been ordered to appear in court on 5th August to face these charges.
Danuna Tilakaranthne the son-in-law of detained Army General Sarath Fonseka is wanted for his involvement in the Hicorp case. He had allegedly earned money through commissions from weapons procurements he made for

Everyday people complain that no action is being taken against criminals. Now that some action is being taken against a money-launderer, people still have reason to criticize. Sometimes I just don't understand.

They don't want to see their superstar in jail or to take action against them. Excluding him, action should take against all the criminals, specially in the government.

Yes action is good but the problem is the selective action. One side must play by rules or you are in trouble, but the other side plays pandu with no rules.
