Before the implementation of this rule the Minister should ensure that all the Alcoholics and Drunkards are exempted from all the Govt Taxes. Aiyo Sirisena Oyata Pissu.

But then again, political brats are not taken to state hospitals, are they? If the state is really concerned about people drinking and getting sick why doesn't it ban liquor altogether(foregoing the massive revenue it earns.) while it is in the 'banning everything on sight' mood???

    Cobra Wednesday, 26 January 2011 02:55 AM

I'd like to see what happens to political brats who sustain injuries due to night club brawls they engage in or for that matter their victims who may also have had a tot or two! When donkeys rule the world it really goes mad!!!!

    chk Wednesday, 26 January 2011 02:49 AM

Hope drunkards won't commit suicide after this news :)

    zawa Wednesday, 26 January 2011 02:52 AM

    Why charge? Stop manufacturing!!

When a person loses self confidence to meet expectations, an uncontrollable situation may lead to a person attempting suicide which is a very momentary phase that can happen to any human being. The Minister is judging all humans to what he and his family are living and enjoying. Aiyo Sirisena, this is what happens when coconut pluckers move into parliament.
