During her visit Assistant Secretary Biswal will also travel to Jaffna, where she will meet with Northern Provincial Council officials and civil society leaders.

Assistant Secretary Biswal will then travel to London for meetings with officials from Her Majesty’s Government on February 3. She will also travel to Geneva, for meetings regarding our intention to sponsor a resolution on Sri Lanka in the March session of the UN Human Rights Council. Sanduni Wednesday, 29 January 2014 11:08 AM

Sri Lankans know how unbiased Pillai conducted meetings with exclusively selected people and the sudden change of attitude of TNA leadership and making racist remarks during her presence in Sri Lanka!

    Sanduni Wednesday, 29 January 2014 11:16 AM

This province was far more worse than the 8 other provinces prior to May 2009!

    Vic Wednesday, 29 January 2014 01:12 PM

You are welcome madam, please do thorough investigation and act on your findings and Thank you for your interest and assistance.

    Seelawathie Thursday, 30 January 2014 12:22 AM

She should first visit India and look at the way the untouchables (Daliths) are treated. Once that is sorted out, she can come to SL and lecture us.

    machchaan Wednesday, 29 January 2014 07:02 AM

Please machchaan why do you always have this pre-conceived notion that all foreigners are anti-Sri Lanka? Don't blindly accept Sri Lankan Govt is honest and good to all its people.

    BuffaloaCitizen Wednesday, 29 January 2014 08:07 AM

If she says that GOSL is correct and serve chocolate cake for all the criminality they have done to the tamils, then she will be a hero...correct?
