Twelve Indian nationals including seven women, who were staying in the country violating immigration and emigration laws, were arrested yesterday in Kattankudy, Police said.
They said the suspects had come to the country on tourist visa and were engaged in business activities illegally.
They are to be produced in Batticaloa Magistrate’s Court today.

The immigration officers should go down the Mt Lavinia beach and see how many Chinese women are working in those beach restaurants. I bet all of them are on holiday visas. via DM Android App
