Things are not clear. There might be an undue rush. Better to delay the lifting of curfew in Colombo until Next monday.

Thank you President and the Govt for not listening to those half qualified trade union nitwits from the GMOA and instead listening to the real experts ! People have not forgotten how the GMOA killed innocent patients during strike action asking for duty free permits !

This is very dangerous, throwing the masses to the gallows. Power hungry politicians it's a shame. God save us.

GMOA is a Trade Union with a subjective agenda, not a source of expertise on virology. They may have members with expertise who are voiceless in this context. Therefore the Government need not hee their advice. Asoka Silva

To all you cowards! just because the curfew is lifted no one is forcing you to go out. Please stay inside as much as you want The rest of us have work and need breathing space and to keep our sanity of us and the kids. No one wants the Corvid. So we will take all the care in the world when going out. Stop commenting like the gov is making a grave mistake by lifting the curfew. The last 30 days have shown how much people are scared of dying. When you gotta go you gotta go.
