SLPA showcases East Container Terminal at Tianjin International Shipping Expo 2025

The Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) showcases the Colombo East Container Terminal, along with the other existing terminals, at Tianjin International Shipping Expo 2025. The SLPA team, led by Additional Managing Director Operations Lal Weerasinghe, is currently representing the SLPA at the third Tianjin International Shipping Expo, in Tianjin City, China.  The conference and exhibition are organised by Tianjin Port Group, in collaboration with the Tianjin Municipal Government. 

This is the second time Tianjin Port Group has invited the SLPA team to participate in this important forum, providing an opportunity to showcase the Port of Colombo as a key hub port in the Asian region.
