How many Academics have already in service with some fake PHDs from Eastern Europe and other countries...Do some thorough monitoring and evaluation systems to find out who are those fake and those who are true ....some these PHd holders and professors are shame to our university system and they even to do not know how to present any rational and logical arguments and debates ...many of them don't know how to teach and how to do any research..UGC's lackadaisical attitudes and heedlessness has damaged the integrity of our education system.. compare some of famous old Professors Peradeniya university and their contribution with some of present profs and academics.... you can see the difference in some areas of arts and Humanities..our standard has gone down. UGC must take a lion share of the responsibility for this downfall in the standard of higher education..they don't have any monitoring system to gauge the quality of education in our university system..They all are keen in getting

Those entitled already in an improper manner should be BANNED and their title withdrawn. Also legal action will be taken immediately.
