Bourse ends in red
Colombo bourse returned to the red territory today, after a two day mini rally, with the two indices losing over 75 points each.The benchmark All Share Index fell 1.22 per cent to close at 6346 points, while the Milanka Index also fell 1.38 per cent to 5, 654 points. The turnover stood at Rs.700.1 million.
Towards the closure of the market, a large trade of Seredib Hotels was witnessed. Brokers said that shares of premier blue chip John Keells PLC also attracted heavy buying interest.
