Under 17 Cricket Gavesh, Keshana shine in Dharmaraja’s win

Gavesh Poorna and Keshana Gunawardena dominated with half tons in Dharamaraja’s 68-run win against St Xavier’s Marawila in their Under 17 limited over tournament encounter played at Hingurakgoda. The duo’s knocks had the Rajans taking first lease of the wicket make a formidable 293 and St Xavier’s in their turn were restricted to a score of 225 runs.

In other matches that were played Wesley College, Piliyandala Central, St Aloysius Galle and De Mazenod ended victorious against De La Salle Mutwal, Taxila Central Horana, St. Thomas’ Matara and S. Thomas’ Mt Lavinia.
