Thurstan down Vidyartha for first win

In the battle for the first win of the Dialog Schools Rugby League tournament between Thurstan and Vidyartha, Thurstan succeeded with a 31 points to 24 win in the match played at the Sugathadasa Stadium yesterday.

Thurstan came back with vengeance in the second half after conceding a 5-21 lead to Vidyartha as they scored 26 points whilst accumulating their winning points through three goals and two tries to the three goals and a penalty scored by Vidyartha.
