Strength-lifting Nationals on June 14

The Sri Lanka Strength-lifting Federation will conduct the 2026 National Hack Lift and Two Hand Curt Championship on June 14 in Chilaw. The events that will be worked off in the men’s category will be for Men’s Sub Junior (13 to 18 years) and Men’s Junior 18-23 years.

The Men’s senior categories will be from 52kgs to 115kgs.

The events to be worked off in the women’s segment are for Sub Junior (age 13 to 18) and Junior (18 to 23 years).

The Women’s senior categories will be for weight between 46kgs and 80kgs.
