“Every year, we see players arrive as hopeful competitors and leave as champions and role models. This year was no different.

“These female Esports athletes didn’t just compete, they inspired the next generation of female gamers to pick up a gaming title, believe in themselves and chase their own victories. That’s the legacy WCG is building each year as we see athletes here go on to represent Sri Lanka in the international Esports arena,” said Vikum Jayasekera, Director, Gamer.LK.

According to the organisers, Women’s Cyber Games 2026 once again proved that when players, fans and creators come together something truly special happens and with Gamer.LK continuing to push the boundaries of Esports in Sri Lanka there is plenty more to look forward to across the competitive gaming calendar.
