Half tons by Dhanuja Induwara who made a quick fire 73 in 32 balls inclusive of six boundaries and six sixes, Navod Paranavithana and Subhanu Rajapaksa who made identical knocks of 62 paved the way for Mahinda College Galle to record a massive 131 runs win over St. Joseph Vaz Wennappuwa in the quarter-final encounter played at Moratuwa yesterday.
In the same tournament match played at the DSS ground Wijerama Mawatha enabled Devapathiraja College Rathgama coast to an easy six wicket win over Isipathana College.
An unbeaten knock of 56 by Jeewaka Shasheen who together put on a match winning unbroken stand of 94 runs for the fifth wicket with Sudeera Weeraratne.
