Trinity College in control against Prince of Wales

Trinity College was well placed in their inter-school Under 19 encounter against Prince of Wales College which commenced at the Asgiriya Stadium in Kandy yesterday.
Trinity scored 230 with the help of two fine half centuries by Rahal Amarasinghe (77) and Lakvin Abeysinghe (55).

The match was stopped 60 minutes before scheduled close of play due to heavy rain and bad light in Kandy.
