Trials for Asian Games/Sri Lanka Golf Ranking Tournament Anura Rohana in the lead

The second round of qualification trials for the Asian Games golf team was worked off at the Victoria Golf Resort (VGR) in Rajawella yesterday.

At the end of round 2, pro-golfer Anura Rohana was in the lead by four strokes with the other two pros Prabagaran and Vijitha Bandara following closely.

Out of the amateurs, Chalitha Pushpika led with two shots who is followed by Junior golfing sensation Reshan Algama.  

Seasoned golfer Chanaka Perera was placed sixth and is expected to climb up in position during the final two days of the trial.
