Royal drub Thurstan

Royal hit the daylights of the hapless Thurstan side as they drubbed them by a whopping 74 points to 15 in a one-sided match of the Dialog Schools Rugby League tournament played at the Royal Sports Complex ground in Reid Avenue yesterday.

Royal did not take things easy and having taken a comfortable 36-7 lead at the breather made up their points through seven goals and five tries to a goal, a try and a penalty scored by Thurstan.
