Mubeen bags All-Island Lanka Plate title

Army BC’s M. M. M. Mubeen bagged his second successive title having won the Colombo District title last week when he emerged All-Island Lanka Plate billiards champion by recording an easy win over Susantha Boteju of YMBA, Colombo in the final played at the BASL Billiards Table in Torrington.

Earlier, in the semi-finals, Mubeen overcame his clubmate H. M. L. Herath while Boteju got the better of M. S. M. Uvais of YMBA, Galle.
