Kingswood College head into their encounter against Dharmaraja College today at Nittawela Rugby Stadium buoyed by back-to-back wins and clear momentum.

Kick off is at 4.00 p.m.

Having edged passed Zahira College and Mahanama College in recent weeks, the lads from Randles Hill arrive with confidence after a narrow one-point defeat to S. Thomas’ and Isipathana highlighted their competitiveness and never
give up quality.

In contrast, Rajans remain in search of a breakthrough after four successive losses, their spirited midfield carries yet to translate into victories. They played well in their last two games only in the last 20 minutes of play which was seen against Isipathana and Thomians. Pacing out the game for 70 minutes will be vital for them to end round one with a win.

With Plate round assured, Kingswood can play with freedom, but Rajans facing the spectre of relegation if they finish bottom of the Bowl segment, must summon their best performance in this game and continue later on in round two as well.
