GSTC marks Centennial with tennis tourney

The Government Servants Tennis Club (GSTC), which began in the year 1925, has reached the milestone of 100 years of existence and in celebration of the Centennial Celebrations the GSTC will conduct an open ranking tennis tournament, which begins today at the GSTC Courts in Colombo.

The tournament conducted with the blessings of Sri Lanka Tennis Association will be played in two formats being the open tournament for Men’s and Women’s and Mixed Doubles and the senior tournament that will also be conducted in the age categories of Over 35, 45, 55 and 65.

Supporting GSTC as sponsors are Asics, Avi, Puma, Softlogic Life, Thechnifibre Sri Lanka and Joozy. The tournament will see the participation of top ranked players in both the Men’s and Women’s categories.
