Kingswood College stamped their class when they won the Cup segment edging out St. Peter’s College 14/12 in the final of the Eagles Rugby Sevens Tournament 2025 at Havelock Park.

The event saw 13 old boys teams delivering a thrilling display of rugby, capturing the passion and promise of the game in Sri Lanka. The tournament featured top-tier teams battling it out across Bowl, Plate, and Cup categories.

Vidyartha College claimed the Plate title in dominant fashion, overpowering DS Senanayake 29/0. Wesley College took home the Bowl, shutting out St. Thomas’ Matale 19/0.

Kandy Legends and Colombo Legends drew 20/20 in their All Stars event.

Old Antonians Rugby Football Club helped bring the tournament to life. Janatha Steels was the Title sponsor of this year’s event.
