Colombo South record second win of SL Youth League

Colombo South recorded their second successive win in the ongoing Sri Lanka Youth League Provincial limited over tournament with a seven wicket win over Galle in the match played at National Sports ground Ratmalana.   
Galle taking first lease of the wicket were bundled out for a low score of 66 runs and Colombo South in their run chase reached the target with ease in the 16th over.   


A top knock of 64 by Nikeshala Nanayakkara helped Kandy post a two wicket win over Dambulla in another match of the same tournament played at the MCA ground in Maitland Place. 

Results:

At Ratmalana – Colombo South won by seven wickets
Galle 66 in 20.5 overs (Viran Chamuditha 27; Yasindu Dissanayake 3 for 9, Koshendra Fernando 3 for 14, Dineth Waragoda 2 for 30)   
Colombo South 70 for 3 in 16 overs (Thevindu Wewalwala 18 not out)   

At MCA – Kandy won by two wickets
Dambulla 191 in 49 overs (Pabasara Dissanayake 85, Pamula Lokuliyana 16; Kenula Pihilianga 3 for 20, Sethmika Seneviratne 3 for 36, Shevan Kanishas 2 for 39)   
Kandy 195 for 8 in 44.1 overs (Nikeshala Nanayakkara 64, Sethmika Seneviratne 20, Yohan Senanayake 18; Damesh Mathishan 3 for 31, V. Akash 3 for 52)
