Ananda and Musaeus bag tennis titles

Ananda College, Colombo, and Musaeus College won the Division One Boys’ and Girls’ Overall Titles, respectively, at the Ritzbury All-Island Inter-Schools Division One Tennis Championship.
This tournament was organised by the Sri Lanka Schools Tennis Association under four age groups and was held at the Queens Tennis Courts in Colombo.
The Boys’ Division One Overall Championship and the Best Tennis Playing School Award went to Ananda with 87 points.
Accordingly, Ananda won the Overall Championship by obtaining a total of 87 points in the Under-13 Boys’ (25 points), Under-17 (26 points) and Under-19 (36 points) categories.
Meanwhile, Musaeus collected a total of 86 points in the Girls’ Division One competition.
Musaeus won the Girls’ Overall Championship by securing a total of 86 points in the Girls’ Under-13 (24 points), Girls’ Under-17 (24 points) and Girls’ Under-19 (36 points).
