Can he make his exit with a big bang?

A former bigwig along with his immediate entourage had reportedly  visited a city of historical importance the other day to pay courtesy calls on religious dignitaries. He had earlier been hosted to lunch by a ‘ Disa-chief’.

However, ‘Siyambala’ had been the only Diyawanna politico who had remained with him at the time he called on the religious dignitaries for even the ‘Disa-chief’ who had hosted him to lunch had given him the slip along with several others.

Some party people now openly wonder whether this former bigwig has a following worth speaking about although he is  being so critical of the regime as to defect from it any moment, they say.
