“Step to the Rhythm Dance Night 2025”, an inspiring charity event is presented by SHEYDI Entertainment in collaboration with the Mercy Lanka Foundation.

Founded by Mrs. Sherika De Silva and Mr. Dinesh Angammana, SHEYDI Entertainment was born from profound personal loss and a powerful desire to give back.

Having witnessed first-hand the emotional and financial toll that cancer brings to families, they were compelled to act. Together, they established SHEYDI Entertainment as a platform to bring communities together through meaningful events such as dinner dances and sing-alongs that not only foster joy but also raise much-needed funds for those battling cancer.

Aligned closely with the Mercy Lanka Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to charitable causes, SHEYDI Entertainment focuses on blending entertainment with empathy, using music and celebration as powerful tools for change.

This unforgettable evening of music, dance, and philanthropy will take place on October 31, 2025, at the Ramada Hotel, Colombo, bringing together over 400 distinguished guests, including professionals, families, and respected members of our community, all united by a shared commitment to making a difference.

The evening will feature an exhilarating live performance by the renowned Band Redeemers, with exclusive guest appearances by Sri Lankan music legends Corrine Almeida, Piyal Perera, and Shenal Nishshanka. The event will be hosted by the ever-charismatic Javed Bongso, ensuring an energetic and engaging atmosphere throughout the night.
