SJB-led opposition sweeps Director Board elections at Galagedara Cooperative Society

The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) led opposition has recorded a clean sweep at the Galagedara Cooperative Society elections in Kandy, winning all seven positions on the Board of Directors.

The victory is seen as a notable achievement for the Opposition, as the SJB-backed team secured every available board seat in the election.  

In a similar outcome, the SJB-led team also won all director positions at the Udunuwara Cooperative Society elections held recently.
