Dr Badiuddin Mahmud memorial event today at 4 pm

Memorial talks in remembrance of national leader Dr Badiuddin Mahmud, former Minister of Education and one-time leader of the Sri Lankan Muslim community, are scheduled to take place today Monday 30th June evening, at the Postal Auditorium, 19, D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, adjoining the Lotus Tower, Colombo 10 from 4 to 6 pm.
Organised by the AAF Memorial Forum, Colombo, former Member of Parliament M M Zuhair, President’s Counsel, will be the Chief Guest with A.H.M. Maheer, Justice of the Peace, as Guest of Honour and M.M.M. Sabir, Senior Lecturer, University of Colombo, as the keynote speaker. Proceedings will be in Tamil and open to all.
