DM correspondent Ranjani Somachandra launches ‘Amali Nodutu Sapaya’

The Sinhala novel titled ‘Amali Nodutu Sapaya’ (The curse unseen by Amali) authored by Lankadeepa and Daily Mirror correspondent Ranjani Somachandra was launched recently at Deraniyagala Pradeshiya Sabha Auditorium with Dean of the Faculty of Languages in the South Eastern University Dr. Amarasiri Wickramaratne as Chief Guest.  
The story is based on the unpleasant experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The keynote address of the ceremony was delivered by Dr. Amarasiri Wickramaratne.   
Deraniyagala Public Library Readers’ Association extended its cooperation to the ceremony.   
Deraniyagala Divisional Secretary, Secretary of Deraniyagala Pradeshiya Sabha, Media personnel and several senior officials were present at the occasion.
