CID questions fmr. Army Major

The suspect, a 47-year-old, is identified as a former Army Major and a resident of Kiribathgoda.   
Meanwhile, the National People’s Power has claimed at a media conference that the video has been manipulated, with a fake voice added to the original footage. Police spokesman DIG Nihal Thalduwa said that the Computer Crimes Investigation Unit is conducting further investigations into the matter.
