‘Romba Thanks’ Brings Laughs to the Stage

“Romba Thanks” gearing up for its debut at the Maharagama Central College auditorium on October 26

‘Romba Thanks,’ a comedy for the Sinhala stage by award-winning dramatist Sajeewa Malmala Arachchige, will be staged at the Maharagama Central College auditorium on October 26, 2025 (3.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.). The cast includes Upeksha Swarnamali, Ravindra Yasas, Dimuthu Chinthaka, Damayantha Perera, Kumari Senaratna and others. Music is by Pradeep Jayathilake, stage direction by Nilan Maligaspe, Lighting and sound direction by Mihindu Madhusankha. Produced by Kasun Denuwan Malmala Arachchige.
The play will tour different parts of the country, including Mahiyangana, Bandarawela, Kegalle and Galle.
