Catholic Lawyers Guild Organises Bible Study for all Christians

The Catholic Lawyers’ Guild (of the Archdiocese of Colombo) will conduct a series of studies on the Bible and the Catholic Doctrine (via Zoom) for Christians of all denominations in a spirit of ecumenism.
First in the series will be on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 7.00 PM. The topic for discussion is: “The Apostolic Foundation of Christ’s Church, Peter’s Primacy and Apostolic Succession”

Professor Anton Meemana, Sharon Abeyratne and Michael O’ Fearghail will speak. Their presentations will be followed by a 30-minute discussion and question time open to the participants in the audience. Rev. Fr.  Noel Dias will be the Moderator.
The book entitled “A Journey back to the Authentic Apostolic Church: Exploring the Historical, Biblical and Doctrinal Roots- A Personal Perspective” will be used as our handbook for this series.
