SJB breaks up in Kalutara?

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) party machinery in Kalutara  District came to the proportion of breaking up, with the party hierarchy  deciding to remove its Bulathsinhala Organizer Prasanna Amarasekera  from his post temporarily.   

SJB General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara in a letter  addressed to Amarasekera informed that the former has been removed from  the organizers post temporarily. Amarasekera who is a supporter of MP  Rajitha Senaratne has been removed for bringing disrepute to the party.  

In addition, an SJB District Organizer for Kalutara Jagath  Withane had also tendered his resignation last evening. It was reported  that Withane had resigned citing that he can no longer work with  Amarasekera.  

Amarasekera earlier said some interested persons are  carrying out a mudslinging campaign against him in Kalutara. “These  people have become unstoppable,” he said.
