Tourists visiting the Mihintale Rama Maha Vihara were seen guided by torch light as electricity had been suspended to the temple.

Chief Prelate of the temple Venerable Walahagunawewa Dhammarathana Thera urged tourists and devotees to visit the temple during day time, to avoid various hazards.
