Injured Agbo scanned for fractures

The injured wild elephant 'Agbo' underwent a scan to determine if the animal has suffered fractures to its bones, as a result of the gunshot wounds.

Veterinarian Tharaka Prasad said that Agbo has been administered with antibiotics, adding that the treatment of the animal's infections will likely take time. "There is a risk to the animal's life," he said.
