Dr. Rukshan Bellana commended President Ranil Wickremesinghe for the issuance of a Gazette that designates all tasks, duties, or employment related to the upkeep, as well as the reception, care, feeding, and treatment of patients in hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries, and similar institutions, as Essential Services.
