A seven-year-old boy had been killed and five others seriously injured in a road accident near the Puttlam Buddhist Centre on the Chilaw-Puttlam Road last morning. See here is the wreckage of a lorry that was transporting a group of pilgrims to Madhu Church from Kelaniya. The lorry had been parked by the roadside when another lorry had rammed into it.
