SLT to divest SLT Campus for Rs. 410mn

Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (SLT) yesterday said it entered into a share sale and purchase agreement (SSPA) with Tempest Two Private Limited to divest its fully owned subsidiary SLT Campus Private Limited for Rs.410 million. 
The sale is subject to terms and conditions set forth in the SSPA, a stock market filing by the SLT said. SLT Campus is considered the only corporate powered, research based, fully residential university in the country.
