With over 25 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, Wickremasinghe’s journey in the challenging and highly competitive field began in 1992. His belief in the fact that “If you look after your staff, they will look after your business,” has been the core of success and SALOTA has proven over the years that its employees can take the company towards success. 
As SALOTA commemorates 10 years of excellence, the company’s vision ‘Trendsetters in logistics, beyond borders, reflects its ambition to go beyond local boundaries and make a mark on the global stage. 

Under Wickremasinghe’s leadership, SALOTA has successfully expanded its operations beyond Sri Lanka. The company now proudly operates in Bahrain, Canada and the Maldives, further solidifying its international presence. Behind these achievements stands the dedicated management team, with Director Nilu Mediwake Wickremasinghe, Wickremasinghe’s spouse, playing a crucial role in the success story.
