EFC releases industrial relations handbook

The latest edition of the handbook of industrial relations was recently released by the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC). 

Director General Vajira Ellepola presented a copy of the handbook to Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody at the EFC Secretariat.

Established in 1929, the EFC is the principal organisation representing the employers in Sri Lanka, playing a leading role in addressing the labour and social issues while promoting employer interests at national level—particularly in the areas of industrial relations and labour law.
