UPFA takes Ratnapura

The ruling UPFA has won the General Elections in the Ratnapura District by obtaining 305,327 votes and securing 7 seats while the UNP has obtained 125,076 votes and secured 3 seats. The Democratic National Alliance secured 11,053 votes and did not obtain any seats
