SF, Senaka acquitted

Colombo High Court Judge Devika Tennakon de Livera today acquitted former Army Commander General Sarath Fonseka and Senaka Haripriya de Silva from the charges of harbouring army deserters as the prosecution has failed to prove the case without reasonable doubt.
