Video: President frowns upon SLFP MPs

President Maithripala Sirisena said that all 127 Parliamentarians of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) elected at the 2010 General Elections, were not involved in programmes held at the SLFP Head Quarters for the betterment of the party.

He was speaking at the Sri Lanka Freedom Youth Front Convention held at SLFP Head Quarters today said, though he had made several attempts to bring them together, they were unsuccessful.

He said that administration, management and the organizational structure of the party should be discussed only at the HQ and those who could not report to the HQ, including ministers and organisers, were not even able to recognise their party.(Darshana Sanjeewa)
